Bio: I grew up in Texas, the 4th of 6 siblings and the only girl. I have lived in Canada for the past 32 years and have 4 grown children. Excited to learn!

Bio: I am 68yrs old, retired, wife, 2 kids , no grandchildren. Overweight since my 30's. Have tried all the diets. Want to stick with keto this time.
