Don't know your current level, but I would recommend you to train first skills to earn strenght and when you are tired train basics for hypertrophy. Because if you only train basics you are training endurance, and if you only train skills you are training for strenght. If you start the workout with skills you will earn strenght and progress in them, when you get tired (and it will be fast, because skills are exhausting, you can train hypertrophy with basics because muscles are fatigued)
