Let’s thank God for this Friday. Not just because the week is ending, but because we made it through it. There was a time in my life when Fridays meant chaos, bad decisions, and running from myself. Today they mean gratitude, growth, and another opportunity to do things the right way. I’m thankful to be sober, to be working, to be building something real, and to wake up with purpose instead of regret. God didn’t just bring me to another Friday He brought me through battles I once thought would take me out. If you’re reading this, you made it too. That alone is a blessing. I came from these exact same streets and lived through that same roughness. I know what it feels like to be out there, and I know the weight of the struggle. ⛓️✨ ​I’m going back to show my brothers and sisters that they aren’t forgotten and that change is possible. A year ago, my life looked completely different. I was still fighting battles that almost took me out. I was surviving, not living. My mindset was clouded, my future felt uncertain, and I didn’t fully believe I had much to offer the world. Today, I’m walking in purpose. I’m sober. I’m working. I’m building. I’m healing. And I’m helping others see that change is possible. That alone is something I don’t take for granted. I never thought I would write a book about my journey. Back then, I didn’t even think I would survive long enough to tell the story. But now my book, This Part Of My Chapter Is My Turn, represents proof that pain can turn into purpose. Where I see my self in the next few years?? In the next few years, I see growth. I see expansion. I see myself speaking more, reaching more people, building my brand Built From The Struggle Movement, and continuing to stay grounded in sobriety and faith. I see peace. Stability. Impact.
