Classroom Update!
I made a bunch of updates to the classroom! The following sections are now available: - Metal Print Basics (new) - Metal Print Masterclass (new and updated) - Social Media Masterclass (new section) I made a video on each step of the process and all the materials in the "Metal Print Masterclass". They are short videos that I tried to keep simple and I also included resources at the bottom of each video. Some videos are new, others are just updated. Hopefully, it's a little easier to find answers to some of your questions now. The "Social Media Masterclass" has an entirely new section of written content on making short-form videos to grow your business. I put everything I know from years of making short-form videos into this section. It's super helpful, and I think you will get a lot from it. I wrote the "Short-Form Video" section instead of filming it because not everyone speaks fluent English, and it allowed me to make it as useful and simple as possible, like a good book chapter. The next section I'm working on is "Start Your Business". It'll show how to make a website and everything else that goes with it. I will film most of that section, and it will be released soon. Hope you guys find this helpful, if there is anything else you'd like added,d please let me know, thanks!

Best Books For Getting Customers
I’ve been reading a lot of marketing books lately. These are 3 that I would recommend everyone read if you want to get more customers. They’re super helpful and beginner friendly. I reread them a lot My goal for the rest of this year is to learn paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, ect) If you don’t like doing social media as much, paid ads are a great place to start getting orders. My goal as I learn will be to share more about it. I’m still very new to this world but it’s been my favorite thing to learn about so far. It really shows you what’s possible with a business I recommend starting with the $100m leads book

I'm in the middle of it now, but it's for another project. I will be doing this next. I started with organic reels just to build curiosity. The first paid ad will go out tomorrow. Ill let you know.

I'm still not even selling anything just giving value, pretty much building hype for the lead magnet. I will not even mention anything about a sale till about a month from now. Its a few bucks on the front end but hoping it pays off.
Todays Print
Made this 30”x10” panoramic print for the shop today. The photo was made with midjourney Ai. I’m putting together a folder of photos for anyone that’s new and wants to test with cool pictures. I’ll try to add photos like this since I don’t really sell them anyways.

Friday Motivation
A quote I really like “It happens slower than you expected and then faster than you could imagine” Many of you are making prints on the side or as a hobby. Which means you likely need to spend some of your weekends building. Many of you are making really great progress but it doesn’t feel like it yet. You’re not seeing enough of the results that you’d like as fast as you’d like and that’s normal. But just because you’re not selling a lot yet, doesn’t mean your not getting closer. When I first started out I ran into so many problems. I bought all the material and for almost the first 6 months I didn’t sell anything. I was learning how to consistently make a good metal print. It was challenging. Many times I wanted to quit and thought it was useless. But every problem I ran into I looked at as an opportunity to learn and once I learned it, I could remove that problem from the list. Something that really helped was making a big list of every problem I was having and then 1 by 1 working on them to try and solve. If you repeatedly do this, you will get better and closer to your goal. If you’re already good at making prints, your next goal is learning how to sell. This is where your effort can really feel like it’s not working. You post a video and it only gets a few views and you’re upset. But you’ve now taken the first step and realize you can take another. “You can only build on success” Take what was good from that video and repeat it. Then take what you didn’t like and either improve it or remove it. If you repeatedly do this over time, you will get better. And if you’re new to social media or advertising, the results don’t usually come right away. Staying consistent and constantly trying to improve will move you forward. So just keep sticking with it. I promise every person (including me) when starting social media struggled. But the world rewards those who keep showing up. Some good luck to everyone building this weekend. I’ve got my plans laid out and will be continuing to work all weekend so just know that you’re not alone!

BeautySub Update
I just received this email from BeautySub. I’m assuming some of you did as well. They claim they have improved the quality and are now as good as Chromaluxe. I’m really interested to see if this is true. I may place a small order with them at some point. Apparently they improved the hardness which hopefully means they won’t scratch as easily. If that’s true it will be a major improvement along with surface clarity. An issue I always had was the coating often looked like is was sprayed over something so there would be small spots on the blanks that you could see in the light. If these issues are fixed and the prices are decent with tariffs then they will be a good place to order from again
