Breath, sound, movement and meditation
With these four pillars, I keep my life in balance. Conscious breathing, creating sounds that are pleasing and nurturing, movement to keep my body flexible and alive and meditation to drop into the stillness.. I am grateful for this life. What practices do you employ that inspire you to keep going?

I teach conscious dance movement, that's my most joyful thing, MUSIC, making art, exploring the world of AI as creative helper, nature, camping, learning, growing, simplifying. Spiritual studies. I play my bowls and various instruments every day, it's my meditation and I'm slowly expanding and exploring this amazing world of sound and sound healing. I hope to begin your class in December. Just watched your concert here in this platform, just lovely, thank you.
