I spent last weekend doing viewings 🏠 🏡 🏠 When I went to my first viewing on Saturday I went in thinking I had an ‘exclusive’. The landlord had originally said he would be doing viewings next month and would be in touch to arrange because the tenants weren’t moving out for 2 months 📆 Anyway I convinced him to let me view early and he agreed .. 🥳made an excuse about potential guest bookings and needing to plan ahead if we ended up making an agreement to move forward. So, on the day of my viewing… just as we were wrapping up.. he announced that he was doing a total of 9 viewings that day🤔 (I guess he decided to make the most of it since he was booked to see me and going to the property anyway)! Still, I thought the viewing went relatively well, though you never really know do you?🤞🏽 So… outcome 9 bookings, 2 no shows, 2 AST tenants, 1 deal sourcer, 1 R2HMO’er and 3 R2SA operators (including me) 👩🏽‍🦱 The property is off the market now Guess who he picked?
