- We choose one strong market together (high land demand, lots of buyer activity). - I help build a targeted cash buyer list — 20–30 real buyers minimum. - I collect exact buyer criteria (location, acreage, budget) so we know what inventory moves. - I bring off-market land leads using Facebook, LandWatch, and gov lists. - I create all the marketing (Google Earth map, comps, post templates) and source buyers. - You help verify the title, talk to sellers, and handle closing with escrow/title. - We lock up deals with the buyer already in mind, then split the assignment. Mainly looking for someone who’d like to go at this together for many reasons. One, we close faster with buyers waiting on deals. I already have a few solid ones to get us started.
