I put a drop of it in my orange juice or just under my tongue when I remember. A few times a week. I also take 1 tsp of Cod Liver oil a few times a week. I notice I feel better.

At first glance, regenerative agriculture seems to be totally separate from personal training. But, if the goal is to create stronger, healthier, more resilient humans, then what better way to attain that goal than by healing the very thing we live on and derive all of our food from? So, the question may be: What exactly is regenerative agriculture? Regenerative agriculture is a way to build the health of the soil — and ultimately entire farms and ranches — by tapping into nature's natural processes. Learning to work with nature, rather than against it, will benefit us all in the end: the soil, water, air, plants, animals and people. Can you see the connection?

Huge connection. There is some great research showing the higher nutrient density of regenerative grown vegetables and grain. I know it tastes better! I mill my own regenerative grain flour for baking. my husband and I are in the process of transitioning our farm land into regenerative certified. Hi! I’m Alanna. I am looking for support in my strength training journey. I’ve been healing from chronic illness and my functional strength and resiliency is what I am focusing on now.
New Years Resolutions
Some people are huge into them. Others don't seem to care. I'm curious where you stand. Do you set new years resolutions? Reflect on your previous year and set goals for the next or do you treat this time of year like any other and create change whenever you feel the need?

for me it makes more sense to do “Intentions” or word of the year if we are following calendar time. But if we are not following calendar time, spring equinox makes more sense for a renewal season! My husband and I did a review on 2024 - what went well and what we learned. I haven’t decided on a word for the year. Usually they come to me suddenly at a random time. Anyone have a word of the year?
