New course JUST Launched - 6 Six Reframe
Big news, Elevation Academy family — our brand new course, The 6 Step Reframe, is now live in the classroom! This course is designed to help you take any difficult situation — stress at work, conflict at home, bad news, or just one of “those days” — and shift it into a perspective that gives you clarity, confidence, and control. Here’s what you’ll get inside: ✅ A step-by-step video walkthrough (broken down into 3 short, easy-to-follow lessons) ✅ Real-life examples + metaphors so you can apply it straight away ✅ A downloadable worksheet + 30-day accountability calendar to make it stick ✅ A process you can use anytime life throws you a curveball 👉 Head over to the classroom now and start with the Introduction Video. And here’s your first bit of accountability: Comment below ⬇️ which area of your life you’d like to use the 6 Step Reframe in first — work, family, health, or something else. Let’s do this together 💪

Last night I had a chance to use reframing with my son. He came to me upset, saying, “One of my friends doesn’t like me.” So I asked what happened. He explained: “After football, I asked him to help me bring in the small goals, but he said no and ran home.” Instead of simply saying, “Of course he likes you,” I walked him through a simple reframing process: 1. What actually happened? – Just the facts. 2. Step into the other person’s shoes. – Why might his friend not have wanted to help? (Maybe he was tired, maybe he just wanted to go home, maybe the teams felt unfair). 3. Check the words. – Did he actually say, “You’re not my friend”? (Answer: no). 4. Find a new meaning. – It wasn’t about him personally, it was about the situation. 5. Future focus. – What could we do differently next time? (His answer: make sure the teams are even). 6. Reinforce. – Great idea, let’s do that. In the end, his worry melted away, and he had a plan for the future. 👉 Reframing can be used anywhere, anytime—even in everyday moments with your kids.
