Scalable Outreach: AI Clones vs. Manual Looms. Thoughts on this test?
Hey guys, I’m building out a new workflow for my Business Blueprint outreach and wanted to get some eyes on it. I’m moving away from manual Looms to save time. I used ElevenLabs for the voice clone and HeyGen to overlay a "talking head" directly onto a prospect’s Facebook page. The Goal: Show Plumbers exactly how they’re leaking leads to competitors after hours and on weekends. The End Goal: To have a high-conversion, personalized video asset that I can generate in minutes, allowing me to scale outreach without being tied to a screen for every single take. This is just a rough test—I know I need to polish the sync and the framing—but I'd love your honest take.

Here are my thoughts. 1. Fix the "Robotic" Movement (HeyGen) HeyGen’s avatars can sometimes look like "cardboard cutouts" if you don’t give them enough data to work with. - Use Avatar IV (2026 Engine): Make sure you've selected Avatar IV in the settings. It’s the latest model that handles subtle shoulder shifts and head tilts much better than the older ones. - Add "Natural Motion" Prompts: In the HeyGen Studio, you can now add "Motion Prompts." Type things like [subtle_nod] or [leans_forward] at key points in your script to make the avatar feel like they are emphasizing a point. - The Circular Frame: Since you're doing a "Loom style," make sure your headshot circle has a slight border or a soft drop shadow. This makes it pop against the Facebook background rather than just looking "pasted" on. 2. Perfect the Voice Clone (ElevenLabs) Voice clones often sound "flat" if the settings aren't dialed in. For a business pitch to plumbers, you want authority and warmth. - Stability (40-50%): If it’s too high, you sound like a robot. If it’s too low, you might start stuttering or sound drunk. 45% is the "sweet spot" for professional narration. - Clarity/Similarity (75-80%): Don't max this out. Pushing it to 100% often adds weird "hissing" artifacts. 75% keeps it sounding like you without the digital noise. - The "Director" Method: Don't just paste text. Use punctuation to force pauses. Use ... for a short pause or <break time="1.0s" /> for a dramatic one when you’re talking about them "missing phone calls." 3. Improve the "Loom" Aesthetic To make this look like a real screen recording and not an "AI ad": - Lower the Avatar Resolution: (Counter-intuitive, I know!) If your avatar is 4K crystal clear but the Facebook screenshot is blurry, it looks fake. Try to match the "grain" of the two images so they look like they were recorded at the same time. - Interaction: At one point in the script, have your avatar say, "If we look right here at your 'About' section..." and actually have the background screenshot zoom in on that section of their Facebook page. It proves it’s a personalized video.
Have you seen this new Google Tool?
Google just launched a new tool to create social media posts and ads. Pomelli: https://labs.google.com/pomelli/about/ All you need to do is enter your websites url. It will scan your site and create some creatives you can download and use. No cost - at least for now(?). I used it for one of my projects and its gave some great results.

VOICE AI
I have my voice ai agent up and running. It is being forwarded from my actual business number, but I do realize that it does ring more than I want it to before they ai agent picks it up. Is there a way I can have the ai agent answer faster?

Send Loom If No Response?
What if a company doesn't respond to my opening question? Should I ask another question? If I send the Loom without a response from them, will that raise spam flags for Facebook?

🔴 MARCH DROP: Who would like this? (Step-by-Step)
Hey gang! Happy Sunday! If @Charles Guerra and I were to make an "Agency Roadmap" to $10k/mo (not a promise or guarantee)... But the steps required from absolute 0 that we have seen work to get there multiple times... Who would want it? Right now I've condensed this down into about 6 "Stages/Levels" and in breaking it down as clear and step by step as I can... I've got something that should give literally all of you a clear path with checkpoints / Level Up intervals so you can not only self-identify where you're at... But also how to get to the next level. (Literally as step-by-step as we can think of making it) If this is something you want or need... Drop a GIF and let me know. The Roadmap/Blueprint itself is done, just need to record the videos but this thing is 🔥🔥🔥 And especially useful for anybody feeling stuck. Just need to know how high of priority this is for all of you. Jeff ++ P.S... Again, this is not a promise or guarantee of future income, but it is the path we've experienced working for us in building multiple agencies and multiple businesses.
