In the last year or so, I've gained back 20 pounds of what I lost. The result was a (hopefully) healthier version of myself, but now I gotta hop on a summer cut to get my 6 pack back... Are y'all cutting too?
Me currently, I’am cutting, well not taking it super serious but doing a lot of running, calorie burning, calorie deficit and training my core to have that super hero look.
