Has anyone ran into someone trying to get you to mulch an area they do not own? I was on onx looking at a property someone asked me to quote and the name first or last does not match the lead. Do you include that in your contract? Like “I (landowner give you permission to do work on said land”?

I'm new to the site. I've been doing jobs and buying equipment. I haven't selected a CRM yet for this business, but I'm looking at Jobber and Horizon 360 by Toro. Does anyone have thoughts either way?

Question, what are you guys doing about Facebook ad comments? I’ve had two comments left. One was telling me to stop mulching I’m ruining the land. The other one was a competitor that absolutely cussed me up and down for forestry mulching. Have you guys ran into this before and can you turn comments off on your Facebook ads? It’s not a boosted post. It’s an actual ad we run through ad manager.
