The $100M Offers System (Built in Claude Code)
Most solopreneurs spend weeks trying to figure out their offer. What do I sell, who do I sell it to, what do I charge. Some pay a consultant $5k - $20k to answer those three questions. I built a system in Claude Code that does the whole thing in about 15 minutes. Three skills chained together. Each one reads the output of the one before it. == Skill 1 — Avatar == It reads your business reference files and builds a full customer profile. Not "male, 25-45, likes marketing." Specific beliefs, specific objections, specific language they use when complaining about this problem online. (You might've seen this one in action in Ep. 1 of the live stream we did) == Skill 2 — Offer == It reads the avatar and builds a complete offer using Hormozi's Value Equation, Alisha Conlin-Hurd's CUB Test, and Charlie Morgan's 6 Pillars. Value stack, guarantee, naming — all connected. == Skill 3 — Money Model == It reads the offer and maps the full sequence. Attraction offer, core offer, upsell, downsell, continuity. Pricing calculated against cost to acquire. 30-day payback timeline. The output is roughly 30 pages of structured strategy. Not a paragraph from ChatGPT — an actual workbook grounded in 6 expert frameworks. The difference isn't the AI. It's what's encoded inside the AI. What's one part of your offer you're still unsure about — the avatar, the offer itself, or the pricing? Genuinely curious where people get stuck! Drop your comments below 👇

Claude Code Had a Massive Week
6 Claude Code updates dropped in the last 7 days. If you blinked, you missed half of them. Here's the quick rundown so you're not behind: 1. AutoDream (Memory 2.0) — Claude now consolidates its own memory files while you sleep. It prunes, organises, and keeps things clean across sessions. Think of it like your AI doing its own filing. 2. Auto Mode — Replaces the old "bypass permissions" setting. Claude now decides which actions are safe to run on its own and only asks you about risky ones. Way less interruptions on long tasks. 3. Channels + Cloud — You can now chat with Claude via voice notes or text channels. And cloud tasks mean Claude runs jobs 24/7 without your laptop being open. 4. Computer Use — Claude can now control your browser and keyboard. People are already using it for personalised LinkedIn outreach at scale. Wild. 5. Agent Teams — You can now spin up multiple Claude agents (front-end dev, back-end dev, QA) that work together on a shared task list. The QA agent catches bugs and sends them back. First-pass quality is solid. 6. Stitch 2.0 + Claude Code — Google Stitch as the design layer + Claude Code for the build. Full websites without Figma. That's one week. The gap between "knows about Claude Code" and "doesn't" is getting wider fast. Which of these are you most keen to try?

adding some filters on auto mode, like letting it read any file without checking, and changing write to edit (write has often has the undesired let's completely overwrite the file, not edit the file) have had a massive lift on my processing time. Fewer errors too with the write to edit shift on auto.
🚨 New Direction — Mini Company Announcement 🚨
I've been quietly building something in the background that's changed how I work entirely. Over the last few weeks I've been going deep with Claude Code — not the chatbot version, the terminal-based one that actually builds things. And somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like a tool and started feeling like I had a mini company working behind the scenes. Not exaggerating. Here's what it's built with me so far: - A full YouTube content pipeline — ideation, scripting, thumbnail concepts - The entire Skool community structure and playbook for this group - Custom skills that generate daily posts, client avatars, and offer workbooks on command - Content workflows that used to take me hours now take minutes It's not a chatbot. It's not an assistant. It's a researcher, copywriter, strategist, and developer rolled into one — and it remembers everything about your business So here's the new direction for TVML: I'm going to document everything I'm building with it, openly. What works, what doesn't, how it all fits together. And I want to help you get set up on Claude Code yourself so you can build your own mini company. This is the thing I wish someone showed me three months ago. What would you want first — a walkthrough of how to set up your own mini company, or a behind-the-scenes look at what mine built this week?

Love to see the thinking behind the actions/coding @Richard Magallanes I've been working for the last 3-4 weeks building a virtual COO with agents handling specific things like finance updates (faster and less hassle than my book keeper), Ops (helps me to stay on track with projects by talking to my project management tool, reading client emails and my calendar, and my meeting transcriptions) and a bunch of content creation agents (research, drafting, editing, etc). For context I'm a single parent, with a preschool child, and I am building my sales coaching business while launching a personal brand that I hope to build into a kind of thought leadership platform. I struggled to get anything done with the constant hat switching, plate juggling we all go through and as any parent will tell you preschool parenting is another full time job - let alone doing that as a single parent. My CC powered COO literally saved my sanity and enabled me to start to get close to hitting my ambitious goals. As more people wake up to this I think they'll finally get that chatgpt is a fun toy but an AI-powered co-pilot in the biz? T hat's a life upgrade
