Every "top 10 repos to steal" video skips the part where you import it and nothing works. That's because dropping someone's repo on top of your project is a pile-up. Two sets of docs, two sets of commands, skills that fight each other. So I built Reeper. You give it the repo you want and the project you already have, and it does four things: 1. Profiles both and puts them side by side. On this build it found only three real gaps in a whole video editing repo. Everything else I already had. 2. Interviews you. Its first plan rejected the audio enhancer and the caption tool I wanted, so I turned the plan down, told it why, and it came back with better questions. 3. Integrates the pieces you approved into your existing skills and commands. No overlap. 4. Skillify. The imported workflow becomes a callable skill and a command. Mine is now /short. The target was a friend's short-form content factory. Cuts the clip, writes the title, burns the subtitles. Editing video with Claude Code has always sucked and he cracked it. The n8n version of my Instagram DM system still works. I just don't run it anymore. Now a cron job on my Hermes agent does the whole loop. Pulls the leads, researches each profile, writes the DM, sends in small batches, then comes back and works the replies. The piece that made it possible is a $5 a month tool that gives me DM endpoints Instagram and LinkedIn don't offer. It keeps the accounts logged in too. One of mine has held for over a month without a reconnect. Every proposed reply lands in my social app with a confidence score. I send it, edit it, or skip it. The edits train the agent. Once the scores climb I'll let it send anything above 80 on its own. I walk through all of it in the new video, including the send limits that keep the account alive. Quick tip: Claude Code can hold a million tokens of context. I almost never let it get close. I keep my sessions under 30 percent. I will tolerate 40. Very rarely 50. After that I compact or clear and start fresh. Here is why. The bigger the context gets, the more tokens every single command burns, and the worse the output gets. At 29 percent, every command drags that whole 29 percent along with it. You pay for all of it, every time. That is slower and dumber on every step. So a bloated session costs you twice: more money and worse work. When a session starts to fill, I do not push through it. I compact, keep the important stuff, and keep moving. Lean sessions think better.
