What are the reasons why someone isn't getting approved: their LLC is 10 months old, they have over a 740 overall across all 3, they have multiple credit lines reporting favorable to each 3, their utilization is 16%, they have one chase business card received 4 months ago ($11K), 2 hard inquiries. They were denied for all cards except 1 AMEX for $2k. Does anyone have any information that can help?

Does anyone have a list of the parameters to input for business credit cards. Meaning how much is the gross for a business and for personal income? What are some details on what to input?
