What's up AI Auto Society! I'm new to this community and wanted to introduce myself. I'm an apartment developer by trade (23 years) and things are a little slow. I studied Industrial and Systems Engineering in undergrad at Georgia Tech, got my MBA from Emory, and also got my CFA Charter. So, I like to learn, love building systems, and have a strong geek side. Also, my son, who is a CS guy called me out after I had sent him a dozen or so articles about all the amazing things AI could do. He was like "build it yourself". So I started, and haven't looked back. (He is still miles ahead of me! Amazing kid, headed to Georgia Tech to study CS in the fall.) Anyway, I've been building tools to help me in my business: 1. Rent scraper to get rent comps 2. Facebook ads automation 3. Lender package automation And this community has started to be a huge part of my daily routine. I've learned a ton, and can't wait to learn more from Nate and all of the amazing people in this community.
