STOP CHASING MORE CONTENT
If you're chasing another video right now, it's probably not curiosity. It's desperation. You lost a trade, or three, and it feels like the answer must be out there somewhere, in the next breakdown you haven't watched yet. That desperation is real, and it makes sense. Nobody wants to sit with a loss and just accept "I don't fully know why yet." Watching another video feels like doing something about it. It's calmer than staying in the discomfort. But here's what that desperation is actually costing you. Every new video resets you back to zero. You never get far enough into one system to know if it's the system or you. So the desperation doesn't go away — it just finds a new video to attach to next week. The way out isn't more discipline to "stop watching." It's picking one line and going deep on it instead of wide. Take one entry model. Not five, one. Learn it properly — not the version in your head from skimming, the actual full version. Trade only that one for a real stretch, the same way, every time, until you know its edges: when it works, when it doesn't, why. That knowledge is yours now, not borrowed from a video. Once you've mastered that one line, it starts applying itself. You'll notice the same principle showing up in your exits, your risk sizing, your patience on other setups. One thing learned deeply teaches you more than ten things learned halfway ever will. You don't need to consume less because content is bad. You need to consume less because you haven't finished learning the one thing you already started.

20 TRADE SAMPLE- Trade 14/20 🟢
First Trade After My Break Today I took my first trade after taking a break following a series of losses. I felt I needed to step away, reassess my trading model, and understand what had changed. During the review, I realized that the currency pair I trade had become more volatile as we moved toward the end of summer. The market dynamics were no longer behaving exactly as they had before, so I had to make a few adjustments to my model to better accommodate the increased volatility. I have faith that it shall be well.
