If you are going through a tricky time for example: health diagnosis, surgery, grief etc.. this can be a time where you might need some support from friends/ family. How do you balance being vulnerable and authentic, and at the same time ask/ receive support without being needy, or too much. Do you sit in your own frame, feeling all the feelings, and wait for people to offer- this could be very isolating and lonely. I understand it is the energy you are coming from- but we all need human connection.
