The Hidden Revenue Sitting Inside Your Business Right Now Most funnels don't fail because of the page alone. They fail because the follow-up stops too soon. That has probably been one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the last couple of months since going through Russell Brunson’s AI Secrets & the Funnel Builder Certification program I am in. When I was first introduced to funnels 6 years ago, I spent the first couple years believing that money will come because I built the funnel. Build the funnel. Run traffic. Generate leads. Make sales. NOT! I’m realizing something important: A lead is not dicardable just because they did not buy today. Over the last 90 days alone, I’ve probably generated 500–600 leads… and honestly, I was not following up with them the way I should have been. Most got the first email sequence for the initial opt-in …Then nothing. No more follow up past that. Meanwhile those people came into MY world for a reason. They wanted help. They raised their hand. And I was dropping the ball by not continuing the conversation. The crazy part? When I finally decided that I was going to focus on following up with my contacts more consistently. I sent a simple email asking ā€œAre you still looking to grow your business?ā€ or ā€œwhat can I do to help you….? Surprisingly, people started replying. Old leads reactivated. Conversations restarted. Opportunities showed back up. Sales started happening from a list that I was ignoring past the first emails. I also noticed something else… I’ve had discovery calls where I overdelivered, mapped out the vision, showed the strategy, and the person wouldn't move. Then months later… they come right back to me asking for help. Why? Because they could not unsee the vision that I showed them the first time we spoke. The vision that there was a path that can tkse to get what they want. They can't unsee that there IS a path to success! They may have needed more time. More trust. More clarity. More follow-up.

Before You Build Another Funnel… Fix What’s Underneath It First I have caught myself doing this… Building more pages before the foundation is fully clear. Another funnel. Another lead magnet. Another offer idea. Another page. Another strategy. And don’t get me wrong, creating and building is great. But sometimes more pages are not the answer. Sometimes the real issue is the foundation. That is something I’m learning in the FBC program as I build for others and through building my own offers. A funnel needs a strong foundation before traffic can really work. Here are 3 questions i ask myself as I build our an offer: 1ļøāƒ£ Is the offer clear? Can someone understand the result in one sentence? 2ļøāƒ£ Am I clear on my target audience? Do I know exactly who this page is speaking ti, their pain points, dreams and goals? 3ļøāƒ£ Is my follow-up clear with next steps included? What happens after someone opts in or books a call? Because if those pieces are weak, more pages may only create more confusion. AI has been helping me build faster. But we still have to slow down enough to ask: ā€œIs this funnel actually guiding them towards what they want?ā€ That shift has helped me think more like a strategist and not just a funnel builder. Reps Still Beat Shortcuts Check this out… When I joined Funnel Builder Certification, I thought the hardest part would be building the funnels. But the more I do this, the more I realize the real growth comes from the reps. The discovery calls. The follow-ups. The showposals. The pricing conversations. The objections. The moments where people ghost. The moments where you realize your offer still needs work. AI can help us move faster, but it does not replace the reps. That has been a big lesson for me. Sometimes I want the funnel to be perfect before I share it. But a hidden funnel does not teach you much. A live funnel does. When I joined FBC, I quickly realized how much goes into this skill. Research. Strategy. Offer creation. Copy. Page design. Follow-up. Showposals. Sales calls. Client communication. It can feel like a lot, especially when you are still trying to get your reps and land clients. But AI is changing what is possible.
