The Need For Failure 😩
Is failing an essential part of the path to success? Or is it just a romanticized concept that excuses lack of preparedness? Share your personal experiences with failure and whether you believe it is truly necessary for growth, or if success can be achieved without it.

The only true failure, is giving up. ❤️❤️❤️
Helloooooo!
Hi!! Loving this space for us all to connect and co-create together! And love you @TACHES !!! My name is Marcelle and I live in LA. I love a range of music from classical to hypnotic folk with cinematic strings to moody and experimental synthwave to electronic/acoustic bliss. I also love exploring philosophy, exploring consciousness/reality, and exploring ancient and magnificent landscapes across this beautiful earth. I'm good at coming up with ideas and names and branding (from music to small business) and also enjoy that very much. And also seeing patterns in everything and how those patterns apply to creative expression and manifestation. However, I'm often not very good at seeing ideas to the finish line, but I am getting close - letting go of perfectionism or self-doubts, and most especially indecision! Im not great at mixing but just one masterclass with Taches and I UPLEVELED SO MUCH! I actually realized some tricks that are taking some songs (that I"ve been working on for FOREVER) across the finish line much more quickly! Excited to learn more and see what you are all creating! 💓

How will you monetize your passions? ❤️💸
2025 is the year you quit your job and spend the rest of your days excitedly working for yourself. Give me your best vague 3 step plan for how you are going to reach financial freedom through monetizing your passions. Note: You don't have to be an expert to get started. You just need to take the leap and get moving. You can do anything if you set your mind to it.

- Create a really good course on how to record and mix your own songs from home - Create social media content to build an audience - Sell the course to my audience - 😎
Hi, I'm Rik AKA Otm Shank
Hi everybody, I'm a music producer and DJ. I make Indian-inspired tech house AKA Indo House, and run a record label called Pinkturban. I'm originally from the UK, currently living in LA, and moving to Goa in India next month. I love Indian Classical music and studying the India hand drum tabla, Bollywood songs, chanting, Buddhism, traveling, Middle Eastern typography, and The Simpsons, amongst other things. I'm good at creatively connecting things together that wouldn't usually go together to create new things, computer programming (which I started at the age of 6), graphic design, and snowboarding. I am working on transforming self doubt, perfectionism, and fear around finishing music so I can be consistent, prolific, and free!

Yo Otm Shank!! Snowboarding is one of my favourite things man, so fun. I am extremely interested in buddhism but haven't taken enough action to learn more about it!! I don't listen to much indian music but I love the Life of Pi soundtrack, and I think that would be classified as indian-inspired. You have been programming so long!!! Great skill to have.

"Puff Puff" by Aiden Shaw 😎
https://open.spotify.com/track/0WX14UdHKDAnPHO5ntODKX?si=83ff5ae1a63e4b6d I am proud of this one. Just a little alt Hip Hop stoner anthem for the boys. This is the first song of mine that I’ve heard people sing along to. Earlier this year, after moving to Canada, I heard Smoke Rings by Les Paul and Mary Ford and it sounded sick when she sang “Puff your cares away”. I was smoking heavily at the time, using cannabis as an unhealthy coping mechanism. I was also really into Aussie Rap around then. So in conclusion, I spat some hectic stoner bars on a Les Paul track. 😎 This song is nothing like I would make now, but it stands as an honest representation of how I felt at the time. There’s nothing I would have done differently.
