Hi everyone! My name is Katherine, and I am currently in the MS Kinesiology Program at PLNU. I’m also a pole vaulter on the PLNU Track and Field Team, and collegiate athletics is where I’ve gained the most firsthand experience in strength and conditioning. As far as career aspirations, I hope to coach youth track and field athletes and contribute to a high school strength and conditioning program. I am hoping to take (and pass, thanks to Dr. Goodin) the CSCS exam this May. I am super blessed to train at the coolest and prettiest track and weight room in the world, and I don't think anywhere will top this place.

My name is Aiden Arriaga and I am a student-athlete at Point Loma Nazarene University studying Kinesiology. I play baseball at PLNU as well and I am an outfielder. Im finishing my undergrad this spring and planning on taking the CSCS exam this summer. A fun fact about me is that I am the first person in my family to go to college.
