Hello all, I have more than once been encouraged to start a social media presence around my career. For those of you that don't know I am a financial advisor going for my CFP. I was told to make educational videos teaching people about different financial products. If any of you have experience making and editing videos I'd love some guidance. I would say I'm not very tech savvy and a bit camera shy. However, I want to do whatever it takes to get to the next level in my practice.

Hello All, I am hosting a veterans social this Saturday the 23rd. It will be held in Enfield CT at Odin's Keep Axe House. It is intended to bring active duty and veterans a like to socialize and make connections. We are providing free pizza, axe throwing and cornhole. Please bring family and friends. On top of that we are having a veteran owned brewery do a beer tasting, a charity that trains service dogs for vets, a mental health clinic that provides counseling to vets with PTSD, a Medicare consultant for our older vets and hopefully (once through compliance) representation from the VA to help veterans capitalize on their benefits. I have attached a flier with some of the information. If you are in this region we would love to see you and your families for a good time.

Hello Everyone, I want to organize a Veterans event for Memorial Day. My vision is to bring in different representatives from the VA and Veteran Charities to put veterans that attend in touch with the resources they may need. I also want to have veteran owned businesses in attendance as a way for them to get their name out to the community. I've identified the location but would appreciate any guidance or connections that you all have in the CT MA area as the location will be on the boarder of these two states.
