Quick intro: I'm Roberto and I started exporing the AI space around January, I started more as a consultant but I switched to the building side cause it's where I perform better. Over the last months I built a complete product for beach clubs and seaside chalets, and it's not a prototype. It's live, multi-tenant, and running in production today. Here's the problem it solves, because this is what actually sells. On a sunny day a beach club owner watches dozens of people lying on their loungers who'd happily order a drink, a gelato, an aperitivo, lunch, but they don't get up. Too hot, the sand burns, there's a line at the bar, they're comfortable. That order never becomes a receipt. It's revenue evaporating every hour, and most owners don't even measure it. What I built, high level (I'm intentionally not handing over the blueprint): a QR on the lounger leads to a polished mobile menu, and the order reaches the bar with the umbrella number already filled in. The customer never gets up and never downloads an app. On top of that there's a full owner back-office: live order board, a real analytics layer (revenue by category, by hour, by day, best-performing loungers on a heat-mapped beach map), menu editor, multiple languages, sold-out toggles, staff roles. One system, and every chalet gets its own clean branded space. It's currently in Italian and tuned for the Italian coast, but the engine works anywhere there are beach clubs. What I'm not doing: posting links or dumping every spec. In the AI world I know exactly how fast a public link gets cloned. The product isn't the moat. The moat is the done-for-you setup, the local presence, and the relationship with each owner. That part doesn't copy-paste. What I'm looking for is a closing/consulting partner who can sell this in other coastal regions, anywhere with a real density of beach clubs. You bring the client conversations and the local trust, I bring a product that's already done, proven to work, and ready to deploy under your clients fast. We figure out the revenue split together.

Published my second video on my Entrepreneur channel this week, and it does cover a more personal subject. I found out I have thyroid cancer. I'm not letting the cancer take over my life. I was already in the planning phases of my new business endeavor before I learned about the cancer a couple of weeks ago. I am staying positive through the whole thing. It's just another challenge and a small hiccup that I will definitely slay and conquer in the coming weeks.
