Here is one to start with if possible! I usually work with Supply Chain leaders who are either: Under a lot of pressure from the business to keep their margins up - and as you know -with the current market being a mess, they cant move all their orders and their teams struggling to find space - so they end up being asked to pay premium rates - which will of course increase their landed costs. OR they have no issues with costs and space but Their teams are battling the delays and constantly chasing for order updates via emails not knowing when they will arrive at the warehouse or even shipped at origin by the supplier. Which of course affects their inventory restocking. ...So, I have a feeling that you will tell me everything is perfect, and none of this applies to you
