What’s one thing you’re actually using AI for in your business right now?
There’s so much talk about AI, but I’m more interested in what people are actually doing with it. Are you using it for: Research Marketing & content Customer support Product research Lead generation Operations Data analysis E-commerce Automation Something completely different? And here's the interesting part: What have you tried that DIDN’T work as well as you expected? I think sharing both the wins and the failed experiments is more valuable than simply sharing another list of “10 ways to use AI.” Drop what you're testing, what you're learning, and what you'd recommend others try.

Great question. My view is that AI works best as a lubricant for a real direction you already care about. It helps you solve specific problems faster, whether that is research, content, lead handling, operations, or building a business system. It is not a substitute for understanding the problem, spotting a worthwhile opportunity, or applying critical thinking. The strongest results usually come from doubling down on your existing strengths, interests, and aptitude instead of starting from scratch because something is the latest AI trend. That is what I’m exploring here, from the free ecommerce product finder resources to a broader business flywheel that helps with research, visibility, outreach, content, and follow-up. The interesting question is not “What can AI do?” but “What problem are you excited and well-positioned to solve, and where can AI help you move faster?” What are you naturally good at or most interested in building, and what part of that process would you most like AI to improve?
