@M A Hello,i read that you want to push to 10k steps right after walking 3k steps a day. That’s amazing if you could do that, however if you couldn’t do it perhaps you should do it step by step. How about starting the next with 5k? Then 7k jump 2k steps every time you feel comfortable with walking. If you stay consistent with that you could lose weight not even could you CAN lose weight stay consistent and healthier each day. Anyways I’m done with my opinion hope you have a nice day. 👋🏽
