Hi I’m an international student interested in applying as a freshman. I wanted to ask if it’s possible to receive a 100% scholarship if I start my studies in January, or if full scholarships are only available to students who start in August. I just want to understand if beginning in the spring semester would affect my scholarship eligibility.
