Freediving and breathwork
I freedive since 2022, but this September I was more engaged in the meditation before dive and I went a little deeper. I was completly present in the moment and this expierence unlocked something withinme. So here I am with You in this wonderfull group.
Using frequencies to heal, sound hack
Having spent many years around sound healing and taking part in sound healing ceremonies, I connect closely with the power of music. It is hard to beat, being live at an event with sound bowls and gongs, different instruments all tuned in to stimulate, heal and clear your energy. Sometimes, most days in fact, I play a 432Mhz or 528Mhz music to meditate, if I feel a need I will pick a specific frequency to work with specific meridian points or energy centers within, some general ones are 396Mhz & 417Mhz. Just last week I encouraged a client to work with 741Mhz to clear blockages in her throat chakra with amazing feedback. I once had a sound bath massage where Tibetan bowls were placed along the energy points of my body and used to clear blocked energy, in this instance I almost left the planet, and and in a local setting I was almost levitating off the table. This got me thinking…. So recently I have experimented with placing a small speaker on my chest in the heart region whilst listening to or rather feeling the sound, and vibration. All I can say is it was a very powerful experience! If practicing as a meditation and maintained for a lengthy period you will feel an immense sensation of connecting to the vibrations of the sound you are playing through the speaker. Of course you can’t beat the real thing, but I stumbled upon this and thought to share. We hear with our ears, but feel with our heart! Enjoy 🙏🏽🤍

@Alex Murray freediving is a really powerful experience. I’m freediving since 2022, but a month ago I went a bit deeper and it unlocked something inside me.
