I've been down and out with a cold.
It's interesting what habits stay and which ones go when sickness sweeps in. I find it's also a great time to reflect on which habits are helping me feel better and which ones are keeping me sick. Sunshine, walking, broth, and sleep have been big for me coming back. What are your go-to feel good habits when you get sick?

I love Turkish getups, but they don't work as well with my spinal mobility these days! Although partial Turkish getups are still okay! If it wasn't for that, I might choose Turkish getups as #1 or a close 2nd!
