Hello everyone, today i am really struggling, ive been on edge since this morning and had a pretty bad attack around 6:15 tonight and just on edge with overwhelming feelings and intrusive thoughts. This feels horrible
An individual or a group of varias people that have something on common with yourself to just speak freely without judgement on our hardest days. Many times and i speak for myself isnt about the panic pr anxiety attacks or fear itself its everything that builds up to it. For ex a glass of spilled milk can just set a person over the edge.
@Brad Sloop sure! So maybe a hot or cool shower, eating a cozy meal, getting a massage, maybe a favorite dessert ir snack, getting enough rest or even tsking a nap
