Often times it is so easy to get in your own head and to start overthinking and stressing about everything going on in your life. I understand, as humans we have a tendency to wanna control our lives and know how everything is going to work out, but worrying and stressing about the future & things we can't control, doesn't' change it. All it does is cause frustration and it takes us out of the present moment.
