Hey guys, greetings, i have a question, does anyone have any tips in overcoming claustrophobia when using the kirby morgan 37/18??? I failed my ADAS part 2 course a few months ago because i aborted a dive. During the dive, sudenly i have breathing dificulty as if i tried to inhale a lot of air but it still feels not enough. I suspect it is because claustrophobia, especialy the dive task is PLEM rigging and fitting which envloves a lot of jumping and climbing and lots of heavy physical movement. I was planning to resit the course next year, but my supervisor requires me to have 6 monts of proffecional expirience in the industry with minimum 30 loged dives before i could resit the course. I think idont have any dificulties with short duration dives, i am afraid that it could affect the long dives that could last for hours. Maybe if anybody have any relevant expirience could please share some tips, it would mean a lot. Thanks (ps. This is not my first time diving. Previously i was a scientific diver, pluss a certified rescue diver, with about 100+ divelogs. But to be honest i was a bit shocked because i am from warm tropical Indonesia, and i did the dive course in freezing assTasmanian water LOL).
