So far I’ve watched a few of the structure videos uploaded and I’m having a hard time grasping the concept as they’re students asking questions. I grew up with a learning disorder so I learn differently, is there any way you can add a video explaining a-z how this is done? Going over the pitch , explaining the structure would be helpful. The way I understand, this is seller finance with a large down payment for commercial buildings. I’m ready to bring deals I just want to feel confident in the words I’m speaking to the sellers.
