🚀New Video: I Turned Claude Opus 4.8 Into My Entire AI Operating System
In this video I show you how I turned Claude Opus 4.8 into my full AI operating system that runs my businesses, holds all my context, and replaces the constant tab switching between apps. I walk through the Four C's I use to build it (context, connections, capabilities, cadence), the mindset shift of working out of Claude Code by default, how I organize files and skills, and the bike method for safely giving agents more autonomy. By the end you'll know exactly how to set up your own AI OS and the trap to avoid when you start handing it real keys. GITHUB REPO

@Toula Zoumboulakis very interesting. Welcome!
Is n8n dead?
Everyone was talking about n8n 6 months ago. Now half the people I speak to have moved on to something else. Some say it's too complex for beginners. Some say the newer tools do the same thing faster. Some are still building their entire business on it. So what's the verdict? Are you still using n8n or have you moved on?

since I use claude code I touched n8n a lot less, so in a way yes. But using n8n in combination with tools like claude is definitely enabling a lot of use cases, too

@Drique Sd yeah sure. Especially credential management is extremely useful. And honestly, not every workflow has to be based on ai. A lot can be still achieved with simple algorithms - but now, Claude can build them for you
The skill clients pay $5000+ for (and it’s not automations)
I’ve been watching our 3,700 students in AIS+, and I noticed the people making the most money are all doing this: https://app.aiautomationsociety.ai/10-hours The people charging $5,000, $10,000, even $50,000 per engagement weren't better builders. Before they ever opened n8n/Claude Code, they did one thing differently: → They found the automations worth building first. It’s like a mini audit. Just by asking a few questions and mapping out the opportunities, they were able to get clients excited and also choose the right projects to work on. And the best part is you can practice by running this same system on YOURSELF. I call it 10 Hours to 10 Seconds, because doing this can easily save you or your clients 10 hours a week by automating the right things. Get all the details here: https://app.aiautomationsociety.ai/10-hours Talk soon, Nate PS: If you’re in AIS+, this has already been updated and provided to you at no cost. You can find it in the classroom

🚀New Video: Hermes Agent: Zero to Personal AI Assistant (1 Hour Course)
This is a complete walkthrough of getting Hermes Agent set up from scratch on a VPS. You'll see how to install it on Hostinger, connect it to Telegram, set up your first skill and cron job, and back everything up to GitHub. By the end you'll understand the five pillars of Hermes, when to use it instead of Claude Code, and how to scale to multiple agents without breaking anything.
