BIP #2: I Almost Messed Up My Meta Ads (Don't Do This)
26/09/2026 // Week 2 --- 0:00 What this Build in Public series is 0:51 Week two, and why I'm recording these 1:38 The mission: Meta ads, YouTube, SEO and GEO 1:51 What MarketingOS actually does 2:33 My motion graphics library and YouTube progress 3:05 Editing Shorts with AI 3:42 What I'm building: the Brand Audit 5:04 The goal: $10K a month and weekly key results 5:40 YouTube metrics 6:12 Skool members and the $9 free-trial test 6:48 Lesson: don't stop what's already working 7:19 MRR doubled 7:41 Meta ad spend 7:55 Next: GEO on my own site and the content plan 9:00 Wrap-up --- TL;DR: Members went from 286 to 349 (+22%) and MRR doubled to $18 with a second premium member. One long and one Short shipped. The big lesson came from a failed test: I switched the community to a $9 offer with a free trial, it flopped, and the moment I went back to free with my old ads I got three conversions. Lesson: Don't stop what's already working. The main build this week is the Brand Audit (skills plus step-by-step modules), and next up is running GEO on my own site. --- Metrics YouTube - Videos posted: 1 - Shorts posted: 1 - Channel total: 544 - Subs: 6 (no change) - Watch time: 143 mins Skool - Free members: 347 (+62) - Paid members: 2 (+1) - Total members: 349 (+22.0%) - MRR: $18.00 (+100%, 2 × $9/mo) - Churn: not tracked yet Meta Ads - Spend this week: $79.69 (23 to 25 Sep only, refresh after 29 Sep) - Total spend since ads started (3 Sep): $384.58 - Members since ads started: 167 to 349 (+182, +109% in three weeks)

Solid advice, looks like your killing it with the meta ads doubling your members.
📢 Next build: BrandOS, find out if AI actually knows your brand
I've done the the quick maths, and most of you are interested in learning: - Automations & AI agents: How to build them to automate your marketing. - Marketing (General) - AI Search (GEO/AEO): My bread and butter. The next big project will be giving you guys a complete roadmap to auditing your brand, to see if it shows up in LLMs. In GEO terms, this is called the "Brand Audit." For us we're coining it as the Brand Operating System (BrandOS). --- You will be able to: 1. Audit your brand across all major LLMs 2. Determine whether they know your brand If Yes = Is the information correct? If No = What do you need to implement to AI to know what your brand is 3. Provide a list of initiatives to implement to get your brand showing up. There are a ton of cool tactics that are new to the GEO space. I've already started building it btw, we currently have: - Brand 360 Report (First initial audit you'll run) - LLM Share Buttons (free rundown is here) --- What's in the pipeline: - AI Info Page: Build a page that AI crawls so that it spits out the correct information about your brand. - Schema: Talk the language of crawlers, and ensure that all of your brand information is getting read correctly. - Query Fan Out: Audit your content for AI gaps, and identify what AI's want to know that you're currently missing. Will release them as soon as they are ready to go! 🔥🔥

Nice to see how the vibe marketing lab is showing in LLMs
💎 Putting Jev AI To The Test! (Is It A Gamechanger?) // Part 0/5
Jev is the new kid on the block. Everyone is currently on the hype train. But I wanted to give it a proper whirl and see if it lives up to the hype, rather than hopping on the bandwagon saying "iTs A GaMeChAnGer". If you don't know what Jev is, it's a new type of AI model. It's not an LLM that predicts text token-by-token (like what you're used to). It's an AI model based on probability. You give it a set criteria -> you give it data to ingest -> it determines the "highest" probability based on the criteria you've provided -> gives you an output. Think of it like a 100x faster Sonnet or GPT-Luna. Except it can't think. It's not a reasoning model. It's literally based on probability. It won't be able to answer: "is this a cat or a dog". It WILL be able to answer "out of 10, how spammy is this email" (given that you've provided it a criteria). This is the best visual explanation of the difference between Jev & LLMs: 👉 https://x.com/MatijaSosic/status/2100190746389135772/video/1 People have used it to: - Classify emails and route them to the right person - Qualify leads & route them to the right sales rep - Create a "AI Slop" filter on LinkedIn And a bunch of other cool use cases. The best thing about this model is that: - Input tokens: $0.0421 / 1M - Output tokens: $0.00 (FREE) IT'S AS CHEAP AS CHIPS! So I've thought about how we could apply this to SEO/GEO. There are some absolutely awesome use cases I'm keen on testing. So over the next couple of days, I'll be building out the following SEO/GEO skills: 1️⃣ Internal Links: Scrape your website, and get recommended internal links to add to achieve better topical authority. 2️⃣ Topic Clustering: Cluster your keywords into "topics" as efficiently as possible. 3️⃣ GSC Keyword Classifying: Classify your "keyword" list in GSC by buyer's journey, so you can determine which keywords are BoFu, MoFu or ToFu. 4️⃣ Content Audit: Determine whether you should keep, update or purge old content (on-site).

@Richard Magallanes Gotchu thanks for the detailed breakdown

Weekly journal to keep myself accountable inspired by Richard I’m building my Skool community using the one thing I teach: YouTube search. No viral, no trends, never on camera. This week Found that YouTube changed how views are counted on 24 August. My video on that day showed 710 views on the dashboard and 170 engaged views. Both correct, different things. Built the onboarding classroom. Asked a hardware brand to pay instead of free product. Waiting to hear back. In the works: One a Week, a ship log anyone here can join. 🏆 Goal 1x YouTube long per week · 20 min comments + 20 min DMs daily · 5 free keyword checks a week max 2x shorts per week 📈 Data YouTube (28 days): 70,900 views · 1 longs, 0 shorts published. -Subscribers Gained: 98 Skool: 171 members Website: n/a One lever left, and it’s the boring one. Publish weekly. I published nothing consistently over the past month so working on improving my cadence

🗺️ The 12-Point GEO Brand Audit I'm Building Next (Full Checklist Inside)
So I've been putting in work to ensure that when you install MarketingOS, It's easy, simple and straightforward to get started. If you guys don't know what this is, this is literally the system that I use when I use AI that provides context about your business, your agency, or wherever you work so that AI can give you the best possible output. 👉 Check it out here: https://www.skool.com/the-vibe-marketing-lab/classroom/47769737?md=7be7680999c340d280206e62e9c8d546 --- The next step after you set this AI system up is to then get started and get your brand audited and see how it's performing in LLMs. This is the first step when it comes to running a GEO campaign. We first need to know exactly how your brand is showing up and seeing where the gaps are so we can then action those gaps and ensure that you have all of the foundational elements so that AI can crawl your website as easily and as efficiently as possible. I will be building the brand audit so that you guys can run it with your AI systems as well as learn exactly what you need to know when it comes to auditing your brand. --- Performing a brand audit has some key foundational elements. Here's the roadmap: - AI Info Page - GEO Comparison Pages - Schema - Homepage FAQs - Brand Messaging Framework - Query Fan Out Coverage - Branded Pages - Dealbreak Detector - Third Party Review Sites - Third Party Platforms - YouTube Strategy - Reddit Strategy Here's what's coming: 👉 A complete checklist to run through whenever you're auditing a brand. 👉 An complete end-to-end AI workflow so you can automate these checks. These include skills, tools and templates. 👉 For Agency Owners/In-House Marketers: A final "end" deliverable to be able to use to present to your client --- There is quite a lot to cover and I want to document the behind the scenes so you guys can follow along as this is being built out.
