Anyone using the "Auto Comment"?
I want to make some pdf like freebies, and use the auto comment DM feature to basically be like hey here's that pdf. How do I attach the PDF?

@Phil Parker Yes, I've seen a lot of people do that. Instead of attaching the PDF directly, most people upload the PDF to Google Drive or another file-sharing platform and then include the share link in the auto-DM.
I'm finally getting some action in my community!🌟
I have a writing community with 108 members 😁 and people are finally getting active in there! For a while, it felt like I was just yelling into the void. Some people are posting their writing and responding to my writing prompts, etc. I'm getting some action, but still not to the level that I want. What do you guys do in your communities to get people active, posting, and participating?

One thing that works well is making participation super easy. Instead of asking broad questions, I use simple prompts, polls, challenges, or "share your progress" posts that take less than a minute to answer.

Can’t figure this out
I’m a bit confused about how Skool chooses the image that appears in ads. Right now, my ads are pulling in my community cover image, which is fine, but I’ve noticed some communities seem to have a much more square-looking image that fills most (or all) of the ad card. Mine ends up looking like a small landscape banner sitting inside a larger portrait card, whereas theirs appears to take up much more of the available space and looks a lot cleaner. Is there a specific image size, setting, or workaround that controls this?

@Luce Taverner Great question. I've noticed the same thing and have been wondering whether it's related to the community cover image dimensions or if Skool automatically crops and resizes images differently for ads. Hopefully someone with experience can clarify the recommended image size and best practices for getting a cleaner, more prominent ad appearance.
