What's your morning routine? And is it good to have a morning routine? I get up and the first thing I do is put my feet firmly on the floor. It gives me a feeling of being reborn. Then I go to the kitchen and drink a glass of water. Then I relax and meditate for 20 minutes. I go back to my room and do some planks and roll-ups and take care of my hygiene. Then I leave the house for my office. I don't eat breakfast because I do intermittent fasting. What's your routine?
