So true and I see this being lived out by yourself @Matthew Hill and by a good friend of mine who has terminal prostate cancer. He is just getting on with life and has already lived five years longer than he was told he would because he won't give in to it.

It sounds to me like it's not quite as serious as you first thought but no cancer is good. You seem to be doing all the right things including changing surgeons.

@Marama Rawenata You are right, most of it is quiet. Derby itself is quite busy and noisy but there is a lot of nice quiet open countryside where I love to go walking and being in nature.
