i'm so thankful to be here!
hey y'all! 🫶🏾 i'm Addye in Philly. i'm here because i'm at an intense plateau i never thought i'd be. i found Dr. Dunlop on ig a week or so ago, and am SO glad i did! since march of this year, life has been life-ing and i have a long way to go to get through my foreseen obstacles: healing from 2 broken ankles that broke 2 weeks apart. and though i am proud of myself for getting through 2 surgeries of plates and screws implanted in my tibia and fibula in each ankle, surviving 2 disastrous physical rehab facilities before finding a wonderful third, living alone, having to pack & move, and lastly finding 2 housemates - new health issues and confusion on where to start healing have been sprinkled on top. so when i saw Dr. Dunlop's post, i knew this is the time to really take care of myself in a way i wish was offered to me many moons ago. i plan to finally get a clear picture of where i am internally, along with getting stronger physically. one step at a time!
