Anytime you feel off, really it's a way to attune yourself All you do is take a sip of the water and keep it in your mouthThen close your eyes and in your head count slowly to 25 while imagining all energy that is not yours going into the water After a slow 25 count, spit the water out, take a deep breath in through the nose and hold for 4, then release slowly and return to center Open your eyes and move on with your day refreshed Post your results in the comments so I can see how it works for others
