Bio: I’m Kevin, I’m 54 and was passed over a diagnosis of Asperger’s in the 70s, ADD in the 90s I just got my AuDHD in Feb. seeing everything different

Bio: Late-in-life ADHD diagnosis with strong suspicions of autism-spectrum. Burnt out. Unmasking. Dunno if I lead with kindness due to real me, or mask.

Bio: I am 36 years old & have AuDHD. Currently struggling with the realization that I have autism, not just ADHD. I want friends and to understand myself.
