NEW MONTH STARTS TODAY
No more "i'll start monday" energy. that was last month. Pick one thing you've been putting off and do it this week. one training session you've been skipping. I would like to focus on my mental health as much as I do my physique. I don’t mind saying that because I know we all have goals and I know for a fact and from past experience that “bodybuilders” struggle just as much, if not more. In the the mental aspect of life.
Habits
I want better balance between home, work, and the gym. If I put the same effort into my career as I do bodybuilding, I’d be more successful at work. But it’s hard to break my eating and training habits. I think I’d enjoy life more if I did.
