When we hear the word “play,” we usually think of children. They run, jump, and throw a ball without worrying about calories burned or completing a workout. They move simply because they enjoy it. 🏃♀️⚽ As adults, we often turn exercise into another obligation. Yet activities like badminton, frisbee, dancing, table tennis, or playing tag with our children can naturally improve fitness, coordination, balance, and reaction time. When we play, we also tend to notice time and fatigue much less. Play benefits our minds as well. It allows us to switch off for a while, laugh, and spend quality time with family, friends, or colleagues. We do not need to be good at it, compete, or track our performance—we can simply move for the joy of it. 🙌 A SMALL CHALLENGE FOR THIS WEEK 💡 Think of a game or activity you enjoyed as a child and return to it for at least 20 minutes. Don’t count calories or steps. The only goal is to enjoy moving. When was the last time you played just for fun? 😊
