Today, I’m giving myself grace. The truth is, depression doesn’t always look like staying in bed all day. Sometimes it looks like smiling while you’re struggling. Sometimes it looks like showing up when you’d rather hide. Sometimes it looks like doing the best you can with the energy you have. Lately, I’ve been reminding myself that healing isn’t about being strong every moment of every day. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to feel. It’s okay to not have all the answers. What matters is that I keep showing up for myself, even in the smallest ways. So if you’re struggling today, this is your reminder: You are not weak. You are not broken. You are not behind.
