First meal prep
Haven’t meal prepped in ages, and the portion amounts show! Start the habit, then perfect the execution! Sweet potato and turkey sausage hash medley on the left. ( onions peppers corn black beans ) Warm in skillet and serve with three over easy eggs in the morning. Garlic butter steak pieces with the same hash minus the sausage, steamed veggies with turmeric and paprika… annnnd left over baked beans to fill the other hole, because … baked beans are bomb!

What’s up challengers! I’m Adam, this challenge is going to be foundationally changing for me. I hope to set the stage for the next 30 years of my life with a health and fitness objective in mind. I plan to compete in Xterrra Series off-road triathlons starting in February, and I want create the habits necessary to land a podium spot, and earn an invitation to the world championship of that series!
