My community helps real estate investors and homeowners complete smarter, and profitable renovations in 30 days or less without added delays, blown budgets, or contractor chaos.
@Liam Lebeter that’s why I’m doing my own now. Having someone that hasn’t completed one successful house flip or development project try and tell me how I should teach others was comical. I have 20 + yrs in construction and now help manage 100s of millions in active construction across 2 dozen plus projects.
@James Blackburn once you have the systems and tools in place then you should be good on your own, but my plan is to have a bunch of friends in the industry come on weekly or biweekly calls to talk about electrical or plumbing or design, etc., so there’s a reason to stay in the community after my 6 to 8 weeks of training that I would provide.
@Adam Finch has joined our ranks and nerds out on efficiency and systems like I do. Just in a different space. 👇 Welcome Adam in the only way we know how, through ridiculously weird gifs!!!
Drop a quick comment below 👇 What are you building on Skool right now? Keep it simple: - "A community about ___" - "Just getting started with ___" - "Working on ___" No overthinking and don't add too much detail. Feel free to share links here too! @Kuba Misiek thanks. I was doing some coaching in someone else’s program before, but that relationship didn’t last long, so now it’s time to do it my own way. I also do a lot of speaking gigs at different conferences and events throughout North America so those are good funnels to get people to join.
