IGF!-LR3 & Reta
Currently pinning Reta 6mg once a week, ipa/tesa once a day, occasional liquid aminos like lipo-c, l carnitine, NAD+ 3 days a week @50mg each dose. Started oral rad140 & cardarine at 50mg a day each, along with igf1-lr3. My hunger has jumped substanially since introducing igf1-lr3. Anyone have any feedback on this stack? Going to use the igf1 for 30 days, & the rad140 / cardarine for 6 weeks.

@Brian Duclos thank you. Was thinking of bumping Reta to 8mg with 4mg Monday and 4mg Thursday. What would you run Rad140 at?
Reta update
The last week has been interesting. I planned to eat super healthy while using the Reta/CJC blend on top of my TRT. It started out great, felt great, cut fat quick, but last week I was really drained. I've been working on a massive project, 18hrs a day in front of the computer most days, waking up in the middle of the night with an idea and working a few hours etc. So the mental drain has taken its toll. My buddy sent me a really good youtube video by a Dr talking about men on TRT and Reta, and how important it is to eat carbs. I was trying to stay on a low carb diet, but he explained how the combo of TRT and Reta means that is a bad idea, the body needs glucose more so in that scenario than it would otherwise. I increased my carb intake significantly and the results have been great! Im looking much leaner and my energy is back! I'll do a weigh in and update you guys on progress soon! Carbs aren't always the enemy.

Good to know. I'm running Reta, enclomiphene, Rad140, cardarine, & igf1-lr3. Once I added the igf1-lr3 my cravings jumped for carbs.
RAD-140: Long-Term Experience, Strength, and Why It Stood Out for Me
This video is a straight, experience-based discussion of RAD-140 after years of exposure to different compounds and training phases. I’m not breaking this down from a hype angle or a scripted perspective — this is about how RAD-140 actually compared to other options over time, especially in terms of strength, motivation in the gym, and overall feel. Topics I touch on: - Why RAD-140 consistently stood out for me - Strength and training drive observations - General suppression misconceptions people repeat online - Why experience matters more than reading scripts - How perspective changes when you’ve tried multiple approaches This isn’t medical advice and it’s not an instruction video — it’s a real-world discussion meant to add context and clarity where a lot of noise exists online. 👇 Use the comments to add value. If you’ve noticed differences in strength, motivation, or recovery — or if your experience was completely different — post what you observed (no specifics needed). Patterns matter more than isolated opinions. More long-form breakdowns like this are being added regularly as archived content continues to be uploaded.

Do you prefer the oral or injection?

Just picked up the oral from kimera, along with oral gw-501516. Do you know if these require refrigeration?
