I'm sorry I keep forgetting to do the comments! My goal is to get back to my daily morning meditation practice. I've been doing other things and I've noticed the change in my moods.

Hi I'm Monica! What I want to get out of this community is to further my personal/soul practices. I'm from Kitsap Peninsula in Washington State and what I do for fun is wild swim in the Salish Sea. Here's a pic of my favorite local swim spot early on a Sunday morning.
3 Ways to Build Lasting Habits
Latest YouTube drop here: https://youtu.be/3qLrz-GwQB4 on 3 Ways to Build Lasting Habits Articles trending on "Why Resolutions Don't Work" point to humans avoiding resolutions or goal setting because deep down, they don't want to fail... yet again. Does this sound familiar? Do you quit before you've even started? Whether you fear failing at goals or new habits, both are extremely valuable tools to manifest your greatest dreams. How do you build lasting resolutions, goals, or habits that will stick? Here's a Linked In Article on 3 Ways to *Actually* Build Lasting Habits here as well. Comment below: What did you learn from the video or blog?

Ok, so what I hear you saying is the whole all-or-nothing approach is not setting yourself up for success? WHAT? (lol) ... Tiny Habits. I'm rolling this around in my brain like smooth pebble. Just touch it. This resonates and soothes the surges of overwhelm when looking at "how much there is to do". For me, this is goals in lower-case, as opposed to what I have seen/heard in the past GOALS. It's how I would coach anyone else... progress over perfection... and yet when it comes to myself I see I have not applied this same gentle wisdom. I'm feeling my way through this and breathing. It seems like first I must make some big steps to get to the small steps... and I can take those big steps slowly. Thank you for this video.
Completing vs Finishing (Mojo Monday Challenge 21)
Do you finish or complete things? There's a difference. Finishing leaves many loose ends, is often abrupt, and you're left feeling incomplete despite moving on to the next thing. Completing, on the other hand, thoughtfully and intentionally reflects on the entire big picture gleaning lessons learned and completing what may be incomplete by asking the right questions. Your challenge this week is to journal these 4 questions in regards to completing 2025, your last week, or the Ignite program if you are in the premium membership. *Where did I grow and develop? *Where did I not grow and develop? *Any resentment or regrets? *What do you want to be acknowledged for? THIS WEEK: 1. Comment below what you discovered from answering the questions. 2. Post your body, heart, soul, mind pics. See classroom reference here. 3. Like and Comment on 2 other posts. 4. BONUS: Watch the video below to inspire yourself! LAST WEEK: How'd it go? Let us know here on Mojo Monday 20 on smiling/laughing! This is our final Mojo Monday Challenge! Make it count to COMPLETE vs finish strong for those who got started but may have been MIA the last few weeks.

Words are as creative to me as color, texture, shape, and flow.

@Anna Choi I did it on my electronic journal/note keeper... Onyx Boox. I love it! It keeps me organized and focused, doubles as an e-reader, and keeps all the clutter and 'connectedness' at bay. It is, technically connected when I want to download books, pdfs, or back up my notes, though mostly it's offline. I was going through tons of legal pads and literally cutting and taping notes together. This is WAY better and I don't need to worry about all the trees dying to keep my penchant for notes alive.
