That's a quarter of the population walking around with a psychological poison in their minds because of what they went through. This isn't just "teasing." This is what bullying actually does to you: How Bullying F**ks You Up: 1. It Obliterates Your Confidence.This is way bigger than you think. Low confidence isn't just "feeling shy." It's a cancer that infects every part of your life: 2. You Become a Social Outcast.You start to believe everybody hates you. So you become distant, avoidant, and spiteful towards anyone who tries to help. This is the path to isolation and the incel mindset. You push away the good people who are actually on your side. 3. You "Befriend" The Bullies (The Fawn Response).This is the worst trauma response. You actively get hurt by the bully, but you appease him and try to please him. You become his bitch just to make the pain stop. If you're here, recovery is the hardest, but it is possible. 4. You Become Suicidal.You feel like a mistake, a failure, and an outcast. You cry until you feel nothing. You start thinking about the rope just to end the suffering. I've been there. It's a dark place, and no one should have to live there. I went through all these stages. I know how it feels. Now, let's talk about how to end it. How to Stop the BullyinG The Long-Term Fixes (The Most Effective) This is about building a new you that doesn't look like a target. 1. Bulk Up."Healthy" people will tell you not to do it just for bullying. Ignore them. Building a considerable amount of muscle makes a HUGE difference in how other men treat you. It commands respect instantly. Just do a clean bulk—don't binge eat junk. 2. Train Martial Arts.This isn't just about fighting. It's about building courage and competence. The Short-Term Fixes (Right Now) - Sit in the middle-to-front rows of the class. Don't isolate yourself in the back. - Don't get close to the bullies. Avoid their territory. - Get into a friend group. There is safety in numbers. Be a good friend, and you'll find good friends.
