@Lizzy Monroe Yes, we are building in an email integration. You can also set automations, reminders, etc. One key functionality is this: "Write me 3 proposals that match my company's profile by 9am tomorrow morning" Proposals while you sleep. The Govie agent will id the bid, score it against your profile and write the proposal.

@Scott Olszewski Yes, it will have a CRM built in.
Feature questions
Hello All, I have a feature question. Does Govafy have a way to track contracts and is there a crm built into the system? Can the aI create emails as well?

Yes, Govafy has a CRM. It will match your profile to potential teaming partners and contracting officers. Then you add them to your CRM. It will have email connection capabilities so you can use Govie to draft an outreach email, the send it.
Search for contracts in Sam.gov or other government sites
The site govafy is amazing, is there an ability to search out contracts faster besides filters and the codes that are inserted into the site? I hope that makes sense.

Yes... AI Bids search automatically matched to your profile.
Ideal documents for your library
I received the following question from one of our Govafy/Skool members First, congratulations on working on her first proposal using Govafy The question: I want to add files to my library. Is there a list of ideal documents or content to add to my library or a folder? Skool community-what are your responses? I will respond as well.

@Debra Hunter Yes... the more relevant content you upload to Govafy in the library folders, the better the AI can use them to help you write better proposals and bid searches. See video: https://www.loom.com/share/f27de9df71dc4b95ad0a1eb058f6545a

@Lizzy Monroe That’s a common concern, but you can definitely leave those files in place! You aren't just uploading documents for a single bid; you are building a knowledge base. By keeping your various contracts and documents in the library, you allow the AI to draw from your complete past performance. This historical data is exactly what helps the AI tailor your future proposals to be more competitive. Just keep adding to it as you go—no need to start from scratch each time!
Unsolicited proposal kit-available in the classroom (new)
Hello Skool friends, A rising tide lifts all boats. https://github.com/abexiong/govafy-unsolicited-proposal-kit What this is: An unsolicited proposal is how a small business pitches a new idea directly to a U.S. federal agency without responding to a solicitation, RFP, or RFI. It's governed by FAR Subpart 15.6 and it's one of the few formal channels where a small company can get a federal agency to consider an idea the agency hasn't already asked for. The problem: the rules are dense, the samples that exist online are mostly written for Fortune 500 primes, and a first-time small business has no good way to tell whether their idea even qualifies — let alone how to write it up correctly. For the complete breakdown--here is the skool link: https://www.skool.com/govafy-8131/classroom/788b8b3b?md=67250faefc42408881db43d53336f5f3
